What Types of Vegetarians should be followed, It Seems like to Is vegan healthy for the long term in a practical way. It’s all my Practices which I keep here, I’m a yoga person from 12 years.

 What is a Vegetarian Diet & Vegetarian Food?

What is Vegetarian Diet are the diet of today’s people follows. We eat a grain of food 70% and 30% of water, the wrong process of eating food. Non-Veg food has no life, how can it give us life to live longer. We eat 2000 Calories per day even after not feeling hungry & eating three times a day.

Vegetatarin Food is only that food which has life while we eating. Life Mean which can reborn again from Nature. The food which is has no-life after cutting as if we died No Life. Consequently, if we eat food by Chewing Food 32 Times, even more, it’s a simple way to get health benefits with Vegan.

Immediate Benefits of Vegan Diet:

Even after we don’t feel hungry we keep more food in the Stomach. The main reason we don’t give time for your body to digest food in our body. The fat stick in the body slowly it changes to different virus etc. etc.

Doesn’t anyone think why I’m getting sick even after taking care of your body by eating good food? No one really likewise to be sick, which is the 1st mistake almost 99% of today’s People do.

Disadvantages of Being Vegan:

Why we get Sick?  →Wrong food is the root cause of all disease.
If we think logically become sick means your body is getting repaired to fix the problem what was happen in the body. But we take medicine & make it stop. When it comes next time it will be much worse than before. They do not remove the root of the problem causes. Being Vegan is not a disadvantage but eating a high amount of food.

It’s not digestive will result in health issues, even more, if you eat Non-Veg in High it will lead to a big health issue. Maybe if you eat Vegan more also it will not lead to many health issues. Only for less, rather might have a chance to get sick. So I highly recommend eating even more Vegan food.


Vegetarian Benefits and Disadvantages?

Sure, drugs do take the symptoms away. But every time you stop taking them, the problem re-appears. That’s because medicines suppress, not cure. Hence if we don’t give time to heal the body itself, later on, it will change to a big disease.

Every food as some calories, when we eat that food, it will change to calories. The food we eat to live a long life. Hence nature-based Food is straightly growing from Mother nature and as reborn (like plants seeds which give reborn to new plants). For the reason that Changing a simple “Vegetarian Diet“, almost every human body can cure.

Vegetarian Diet Benefits and Risk:

Just think do we really get long life by eating dead Food. Special animal-based food which is already dead and we keep those stuff in Stomach. We say I eat meat fresh.

Does it really fresh when it’s dead? Just think and eat meat next time. There is no Risk if someone is doing a Vegan diet. You will get more energy to the body with vegetables and fruit then eating Meat. 

Let’s take are Vegans Healthier than Meat Eaters:

When we see on the street, highway road animals die at any time. On the next day, the dead animal is getting all gems on it. But when a shop selling meat they are cut on the same day and mostly we eat on the same day. few people keep a store in the refrigerator and eat after a few days. We don’t have a refrigerator in the stomach to keep it fresh meat. We have already many good gems and also bad gems. Its indirectly we giving a chance to your body to activate more gems in the body by keeping dead food meat. Which is the main cause of all health issues?
